Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Phantom’ is too action-packed!

High on action and authenticity is the next upcoming film of the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ‘Phantom’. Being produced by famous Indian film producer Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Kabir Khan, the movie is an action thriller. The story of this film revolves around the post 26/11 terror attack conditions in Mumbai. With Phantom, the producer for the first time steps into the genre of action and thrill, which has never been his forte. However, he is pleased to work with actors Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, who play the leads in Phantom. Saif features as a secret agent of an organization from the counter terrorist side and Katrina plays his love interest. They both come together again on the big screen after Race.

This action thriller will show the two stars badly injured throughout most of the action scenes. This makes us say that Sajid Nadiadwala’s Phantom is too action packed. Kabir Khan, as a director has left no stone unturned in shooting the movie. Well known for his excellent sense of choosing the best and authentic locations for the shoot, he has again selected the volatile area of Beirut, Lebanon for filming Phantom. The film will also be shot in some parts of Punjab, Kashmir, and abroad. Shooting for some extremely tough action sequences in Beirut Saif and Katrina were found blood stained and hurt on the sets. Though, it was all fake but it looked authentic enough to fool the Israeli intelligence offers.

Also, while shooting for a scene from Phantom, two local artists were injured as they met with an accident. In a car sequence, where the vehicle had to go across fire, due to the smoke the driver lost control over the steering wheel and hit the two artists. Nevertheless, both of them were rushed to the hospital immediately and are doing well now. As we all know that Sajid Nadiadwala is very much concerned about his team and their wellbeing, he had asked the hospital authorities to take good care of them!
