Tiger Shroff gets a warm welcome at Pahalgam while shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala’s ‘Heropanti’!

Like a father and mother would feel extremely proud to be known by their son or daughter’s name, children also experience that rush of bliss, when someone acknowledges them by their parents’ name. In similar situation is the young debutant of Bollywood Tiger Shroff, who makes his entry in Indian cinema with Sajid Nadiadwala’s Heropanti. While Sajid is producing the venture under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., director Sabbir Khan is directing the film. South actress Kriti Sanon is playing the lead opposite Tiger, who is veteran actor Jackie Shroff’s son. During the recent shoot of Heropanti in Kashmir, Tiger came across this proud moment, when the residents of the Pahalgam area recognized him as his father’s son. Tiger was surprised to know that they remember Jackie Shroff was shooting at the same location about 25 years ago for his movie Karma. The locals offered a warm welcome to the star kid.

Talking about the image that Jackie had created for himself in his times and that he still lives in the hearts of people director Sabbir Khan said, “Despite the freezing temperature and waist-high snow, many devoted fans of Jackie Sir gathered to watch Tiger and they kept clicking pictures with him. The locals were so generous that they offered their small huts around the location for actress Kriti Sanon to change and also offered kangri drink to the crew to warm up.” The cast and crew of Sajid Nadiadwala’s Heropanti were shooting in the snow-capped Kashmir for a romantic song in the film. During free time, the crew would enjoy the chilly weather playing with snowballs before the 10-day schedule in the Valley was wrapped up. Delighted to watch his father’s fans’ reaction on watching him shoot Tiger said, “Thanks to my dad’s goodwill, they recognised me and gave me such a warm welcome.”

The Sajid Nadiadwala produced Heropanti is slated to release on 16th May this year!
